To get started, you will want to attend a Preview Event at the Design Gallery. These are held several times per month, so be sure to ask your New Homes Specialist about those dates. Preview Events are held as an open house style event where you can tour the Design Gallery to get inspired, ask questions, and get a hands-on experience with the many selections that we offer. As a future new homeowner, you will attend at least one Preview Event prior your Design Appointment, but you are welcome to attend as many Preview Events as you would like to narrow down your favorite selections. After your Purchase Agreement is complete, you will schedule your first Design Appointment. This is the time to start thinking about electrical and structured wiring locations, furniture placement, and take a visit to other Chesapeake Homes’ model homes for personalization ideas and inspiration.
