Dan LaMar was looking to move from San Diego, California to escape high taxes and crowded freeways.  He is an avid cyclist, surfer and golfer and found his own nirvana more than 2,500 miles away in Little River, South Carolina. Fast forward a year and a half; Dan is building his second home in Bridgewater with his girlfriend, Maureen Messina, also relocating from San Diego too.  Dan and Maureen purchased a Shorebreak model with an A Elevation in the new Shadowbay Village.  They are both excited to see their new home be completed and move in this Fall!
